First steps
1. Sign in
Open the platform at your environment URL (e.g. app-<client>.your-domain) and sign in with email and password or an API key.
- If you don’t have an account, ask the platform administrator for an invite or an API key - open sign-up may be disabled.
- Forgot your password? Use Forgot password (requires email configured in the environment).
2. Enable MFA (recommended)
- Go to Settings > Security (MFA).
- Scan the QR with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy) or type the setup key.
- Confirm with the 6-digit code and click Enable MFA.
From then on, every password login asks for the code. The issuer shown in the app is your environment’s brand.
3. Learn the interface
- Overview / Posture - the prioritized view of your cloud.
- Findings - filterable by severity, provider and resource.
- Attack paths - exploitation routes.
- Cases - traceable incidents.
- Settings - organization, users, connectors, MFA, SSO, API keys, audit.
